DESCRIPTION

Former Bass High School has been converted into 103 loft apartments and a uniquely designed new building consisting of 30 loft apartments have been added. Original hardwood floors, expansive windows, original classroom doors and transoms, and in some of the apartments, the original chalkboards, add to the unique setting.

This vintage 1921 building offers 103 loft apartments. Many of the original elements have been preserved, including chalkboards, lockers, hardwood floors, and the auditorium's balcony and stage areas. 30 new units were constructed behind the main building, bringing the total number of units to 133.

Located at "Little Five Points" in Atlanta, the Bass High School Lofts consisted of the conversion of an old historic high school into 133 loft apartments. The project included the existing school buildings, the existing gynasium building, a newly constructed building, and amenities that included a fitness room, laundry, tenant storage, and a space for retail lease.
